Well I squated yesterday . Today I was too sore to squat so I used a air climber machine for 10 minutes which is basically as if I'm climbing up stairs . Works up a sweat . Agreed. I did workouts Monday, Tuesday , wendesday so I guess tomorrow will be my rest day . I'm focusing on my chest area, arms and tuches. Lol

No specific program. Just doing my own thing , looking at youtube videos and picking out which work out to do.

Yeah thanks, its much easier with 1 or 2 kids, but 3 adds a whole new challenge , it is however enjoyable when I'm not sleep deprived .

My mid-wife didn't say the range of weight I need to gain . its hard to find the right food to eat when I feel so crappy . hoping it will past soon. Just trying to manage being a mother to another 3 kids and a wife . lately too fatigued ... Hoping to regain my energy soon

Yes, add me, I'm approx 5`6" , currently 200 lbs, my body shape is an hour glass, so the weight is proportionate , though i have a kangaroo pouch from 3 pregnancies , and I'm slightly top heavy, which is great for my husband but uncomfortable for me . .

How many types of squats are there? I only know one . the type where if I have to use a public bathroom and don't want to sit on the toilet , I squat lol, but with this I just keep my legs shoulder width apart

haha wow these comments are just too funny. so yeah when i was pregnant with my last one i was exercising moderately and some how got a hernia , i was born with 2 . 1 was taken care of at birth and the other in 10th grade, so why i got another one i dont know but basically i have to stay away from heavy lifting :-(

try the floridian summer weather... u dont want to leave the air condition place. or pool or beach. but found out tons of sharks in south florida. so we'll see when the re open the beaches

true. went shopping yesterday for summer clothes. dont bother with the temp now. want to make sure i get nice loose flowy /or stretchy clothes for summer. , due aug 26 or so.im usually early.
