Rest days
What is everyone's schedule for rest days from working out. I'm so sore from lifting 10 lbs weights during squats ( beginner) . My husband suggests taking a rest day to recuperate but I feel like I should keep at it as if I don't want to lose the momentum .

Help. I'm on my 4th pregnancy which I'm very happy about. But I'm also overweight and have been having a hard time losing the weight before pregnancy. How do I control my cravings . which its not like I crave un healthy foods. But I dont have portion control. I do have a sweet tooth but I dont have junk food at home…

Calorie count?
so Im 195 lbs, 5'5'' , and 16 weeks preg, how many calories should i be eating in order to really not gain any extra storage weight but just what ever baby needs... my MFP says for 1710 cal. but thats obviously w/o it knowing im Preg... plus i do exercises,- prenatal yoga, walking with my other 2 kids.... running around…
