i have pcos as well and it does take time to get the lbs off....but in time...we notice the difference and keeps up going...GREAT JOB and bless you on your way to your goal....xo

ok...im a blonde and a bit of an airhead......my BMR is 2043.....i times that by 1.2= 2451.6.....now...i took 80% of that.....which now calculates to 1960.....is that what i eat in a day to lose weight????...its actually higher then what MFP tells me to eat....PLEASE RESPOND...i need YOU!!!!!....lol

i was told to have bypass surgery....you could never drink soda ....or any carbonated beverages again...ever....and how bad they are for you....i went online and saw some pretty disturbing pics....and facts of what soda (diet or regular) can do to your body....after that it was water/green tea for me....check it…

my start was 308.....i will never go back to the 300's again.....once i saw the scale hit the 200 mark....i knew i was hooked and nver looking back...you look FABULOUS....and you should be so proud of yourself!!
