I was down 138pds lost maintained 125pds lost for 5 years and then had another baby. So I went back up. I got to keep reminding myself I am far from 330pds and will get back to were I was before I know it!

    my start was 308.....i will never go back to the 300's again.....once i saw the scale hit the 200 mark....i knew i was hooked and nver looking back...you look FABULOUS....and you should be so proud of yourself!!
