i am trying to total my calories and close out my day but MFP is not accepting it....has this happened to anyone...and if so...how do i total my day out....thank you in advance....dee

ok..taking a poll...how long does it normally take to get rid of the extra sodium in your diet?????......it for me shows on the scale for three days...UGGHHH....i drink lots of water so i think thats a big part of the reason....BUT i would think that water would flush it out quicker....any suggestions????
