This probably won't be a well received suggestion, but I've seen a large movement for raw milk, both goat and cow. They aren't processed so that the natural enzymes to help with digestion are still in it. Many people with lactose-intolerance have found that they can consume the raw milks with no problem. I actually learned…

Regarding OP, I took it for 3 months last year and did well. Even after I stopped taking it and continued with a healthy diet and exercise, I continued to lose weight and gain fitness.

I read somewhere that love is not just a feeling, it is a decision. If this is true, then I am deciding to love the food that loves me back.

I'm feeling my muscles building, and it's such a great feeling!!!

My husband and I were the only ones in his family born in Texas. This has been our handle since we got our first email account back in the 90s.

Maybe it was fluid. I've known many people to loose a lot the first couple of weeks. Keep going though, and meet your calorie requirements. All the best!

I make mine each morning (or sometimes the night before) like this: 1/2 cup dry rolled oats 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp raw sugar (I used to use a whole tablespoon...Victory!) touch of vanilla extract sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg, or pumpkin pie or apple pie spice :-)

Personally, I need a good 9 hours every night. I don't always get it, but I know from experience that is what works best for me. And proper rest has always had positive results for my weight loss. I did an experiment once, years ago, after reading about sleep requirements. I went to sleep at the same time each night for a…

I'm 3 inches taller than my husband of 14 years. I only weighed less than him for about a year or so while I was a "Weight Watcher" 8-9 years ago. Then our lifestyle changed after grad school and it's been a struggle ever since.

You've got a friend in me! I've been on here for a while, but I'm not done yet. Today's diary did not turn out very pretty. :-(

Your success just stopped me from cheating! Thank you so much for the encouragement!

I've had the most success with clean eating, walking, water, massaging the area (either self or my hubby), and plenty of sleep.

I'd like to see what others say to this topic. :-) The Wii programs are great! I have several as well. As far as strength training on a budget, there are many exercises that only require your own body weight. The yoga poses on Wii Fit are a perfect example of that. I don't have any equipment myself, but I seem to find ways…

I lost 35 pounds last year (2011) with MFP, walking 2 miles daily and karate class 2X/week (while working 9-3), but when I took an 8-5 office job in September, my routine got squashed and I gained over 20 pounds!

I'm a morning mover, that's for sure, and my passion is walking. The solution I imagine is having the hubster completely on board with the family's evening routine (kids asleep by 8, and me soon after) so that my morning routine succeeds. If I could find a neighbor to walk with, that would be wonderful. We're new to our…

I'm in love with my Asics T160Ns. I tried them on and bought my first pair at a running shoe specialty store, but Zappos.com has them for $80 (free shipping both ways, of course!).

I was too chicken to go walking before work last week, but you've inspired me to just get on out there! THANKS!
