running, especially hills worked for me. (with a sensible diet, of course)0

Calorie deficit. No exercise is going to get rid of that fat there. Keep your diet in check! I do suggest compound lifts to help give sexy lean legs and a round butt though! Gotta love squats and lunges0

For me it clears up when I don't drink any alcohol, drink lots of water and eat clean. Never tried any creams or anything like that.0

I was told unsweetened cranberry juice (diluted if perferred) or cranberry supplement pills work.0

Thanks for the info. What are compound lifts?0 -
I wanna know too! I've been eating right, doing "Turbo Fire", "ChaLEAN Extreme" and just started "Braziiian Butt Lift". I've gotten rid of a lot with all this over the past 10 months but not all. This last bit won't budge - so frustrating!!!!!0

I had it explained to me that it has a lot to do with your genetics and losing weight. So under your skin the tissue is kind of like a pair of nylons and as you gain weight those nylons get stretched into something similar to fishnet stockings and little bits of fatty tissue pokes through. I apologize if I am throwing out something untrue, I'm not a professional I'm just passing along how it's been explained by several medical personnel and my trainer at the gym. The more weight you lose the fish net stockings slowly go back to a smaller size and make cellulite less visible.0

I have heard increasing the blood flow to the area helps, like with one of those scrubby mitts in the shower.0

I don't think there's any way to get rid of it except lowering your fat %
I've tried every cellulite cream out there, none of them had ever made any difference, sadly. I even tried the goodbye cellulite cream that came with a 30 day supply of these pills that were supposed to help, never did. Lol.
Also, if you use a self tanner [or real tanning if you prefer but eh...] it helps disguise it some.0 -
I have also been told that diet pop can make cellulite more visible - whether it's the aspartame or what, I'm not sure... I still have some spots on my thighs and hips that I'm working on too...0

I still have to lose weight (with the calorie deficit stuff) but I've also heard dry brushing towards your heart and coffee and/or salt/sugar scrubs can help...
If you do any of those, be sure to take before pics and share the afters if they work!!0 -
bikram yoga, lots of water and eating healthy has helped me. i'm doing the 30-day challenge, i'm on day 15 and i've noticed it reduced quite a bit. hopefully by day 30, it'll be completely gone.0

Compound lifts are lifts that work more than one muscle group such as squats, deadlift, bench, rows and such0 -

If that were true, I'd be cellulite-free as I take a few cranberry supplement pills a day and have for years. Alas, my rear end and thighs are covered in cellulite0 -
very helpful!!!! thanks!!!!0

I would say exercise, especially lifting. Squats, lunges, things that trigger the whole lower body area0

OOoooh, I'm going to be incorporating her "Ballerina Legs" work out into my routine! Thanks0 -
I'm almost 37, had two big babies, and have lost over 80 lbs...I have the "mom apron" and have "Bat wings" and "turkey legs"! LOL! I've been told to up cardio, over and over..drink water, over and over..blah blah blah..skin is elastic, yes, but there comes a time when it reaches the point where all the advice is null and void. I may be one who is genetically screwed! lol! Been there, doing ALL of that, and the skin is NOT bouncing back. I'm already looking into other options. I hope you find a solution that works for you, keep us updated!0

Photoshop?
Actually, I don't know. I didn't even really have much when I was morbidly obese and I have virtually none now that I'm fit. Building muscle and cutting body fat are probably the best ways to go about it, but I really don't know for certain.0 -
I've had the most success with clean eating, walking, water, massaging the area (either self or my hubby), and plenty of sleep.0

Lol, photoshop! But seriously....I've found that losing weight/fat and toning has helped me, but I think it's always there, underneath.
I've read several times in the past that rubbing coffee grounds into the cellulite helps diminish or shrink it temporarily. Gotta say I've never tried it. Just reading it made me kind of snicker.0 -
I do not mean to be 'negative' and I certainly do not want to discourage you, but cellulite is such a part of the female body as breasts. You can reduce the appearance of cellulite but unless you go and get lipo, you (not You specifically but you in general) cannot get rid of cellulite completely. Now, having said that.... a sensible diet with lots of leg workouts and constant toxin flushing by drinking more water than say coffee or soda, you should have great results!0
