I'm almost 37, had two big babies, and have lost over 80 lbs...I have the "mom apron" and have "Bat wings" and "turkey legs"! LOL! I've been told to up cardio, over and over..drink water, over and over..blah blah blah..skin is elastic, yes, but there comes a time when it reaches the point where all the advice is null and void. I may be one who is genetically screwed! lol! Been there, doing ALL of that, and the skin is NOT bouncing back. I'm already looking into other options. I hope you find a solution that works for you, keep us updated! :)

    Photoshop?

Actually, I don't know. I didn't even really have much when I was morbidly obese and I have virtually none now that I'm fit. Building muscle and cutting body fat are probably the best ways to go about it, but I really don't know for certain.

I've had the most success with clean eating, walking, water, massaging the area (either self or my hubby), and plenty of sleep.

Lol, photoshop! But seriously....I've found that losing weight/fat and toning has helped me, but I think it's always there, underneath.

I've read several times in the past that rubbing coffee grounds into the cellulite helps diminish or shrink it temporarily. Gotta say I've never tried it. Just reading it made me kind of snicker.

I do not mean to be 'negative' and I certainly do not want to discourage you, but cellulite is such a part of the female body as breasts. You can reduce the appearance of cellulite but unless you go and get lipo, you (not You specifically but you in general) cannot get rid of cellulite completely. Now, having said that.... a sensible diet with lots of leg workouts and constant toxin flushing by drinking more water than say coffee or soda, you should have great results!

Calorie deficit. No exercise is going to get rid of that fat there. Keep your diet in check! I do suggest compound lifts to help give sexy lean legs and a round butt though! Gotta love squats and lunges :D

^ This. Google compound lifts. You have to have a muscular base and if you're not lifting heavy, you're not going to get it. I'm not saying it will get rid of all of it but diet and strength training will be the most helpful.

I noticed today my butt and thighs were looking a little...celluilite-y which made me super super mad, since I've been working out more. So definitely interested in this thread.

I just started Brazilian butt lift this evening, and I've been starting to hike up large mountains. I also notice it gets better when I ride my horse a lot, which I haven't done much of lately.

Try a body scrub with caffeine in it :

    - 1/2 cup coffee grounds
    - 1/4 cup brown sugar
    - olive oil

    1. Apply olive oil to your areas with cellulite (back of your thighs and upper arms for example).
    2. Combine the coffee grounds and brown sugar.
    3. Use the coffee scrub on your cellulite areas by moving in circular motions.
    4. Rinse off. Of course, the easiest way to do this Cellulite Home Remedy is to do it in the shower!

(this is from the Dr.Oz site)

Ive been running for the past 2 months (about every other day) for 30 minutes. I run on a 5.0 incline and run 2.5 miles in 30 minutes... it is amazing what it did for my legs and butt!!

I know that 2.5 miles in 30 minutes isn't anything amazing, but try running it at an incline of 5.0... that is a workout :)

Also, if you have shin splits, running at an incline helps to not get shin splints!

Cardio is not going to help and really doesn't help for much of anything except conditioning the cardiovascular system.

Eating the right foods (think clean eating) and strength training is what works. I have seen people lose over 200 pounds and didn't require surgery.

The skin does and will eventually bounce back. Sometimes it takes longer for some than others.
