Testing: I have 3 children (all natural births weighing at least 8 lbs) and my oldest just turned 10. I have only been able to work out at home for this time period. All I use is my set of dumbbells and a few of Jillian Michaels' dvds. I'm a work in progress.....but am happy so far.

I started at about size 12 but now can wear my size 10's again....and even smaller depending on the brand. Overall, it's safe to say I'm in my 10's, though.

I am a beginner naturale.....as of Sept 2011 but had about 5 months growth before I bc'd. I think that's what pushed me into the whole health thing. Now I'm enjoying the total lifestyle change!!

Ok....Here's my second go round....first pics were too big!! I've been doing 30 DS (and sometimes her No More Trouble Zones) on a regular basis, usually 5-7 days/ wk. Here's my progress thus far. I have lost roughly 9 lbs. My SW was 172 and my CW is 164.8. I have been doing it a little over a month....I did level 1 and 2…

Ok....Hope this works!! I've been doing 30 DS (and sometimes her No More Trouble Zones) on a regular basis, usually 5-7 days/ wk. Here's my progress thus far. I have lost roughly 9 lbs. My SW was 172 and my CW is 164.8. I have been doing it a little over a month....I did level 1 and 2 and am just now doing level 3. (This…

I have lost about 8 lbs since I've started this video (along with her No More Trouble Zones....and I added in a 10 minute cardio that I found on Youtube). I don't use both on the same day...I'll do one or the other and if I do 30 minute shred I'll just add in the 10 minute cardio prior to the video. I started getting…

I have used this video for the past month (usually 4 times a week) and it has worked great for me. I do level 2 and always work up a sweat. I don't have any problems with it hurting my shins or anything....just make sure you stretch very well before and after. Possibly even doing your own stretches as well as the videos. I…

For me...I noticed that if I eat a green apple first thing in the morning it changes what my body desires throughout the day. I just started on this journey but I can't go without my green apple....it has helped significantly!! Also, you may try grabbing a piece of gum when you're craving sugar.

Just tossed in my Biggest Loser and completed the whole video.

I agree with Sunshine....eat back your exercise calories and you'll take in over the 1200 but still be at goal. My goal through MFP is set at 1200 net also but it only indicates that I will lose about 1.4 lbs per week. I just go with it and eat back my exercise calories because for some reason I feel I need more than 1200…

I'm interested and would like to be informed of any new details.

Welcome....welcome.....welcome!! I have actually had my mfp account since earlier this year but just started using it faithfully about a week and a half ago. I'm taking advantage of it and am loving it (the simplicity, support, etc) more than ever. I enjoyed reading your post and can't wait to hear your reports and…

I was doing 30 day shred everyday for awhile....I don't remember any serious shin pain but that's probably because I was hurting all over. After a few days, I guess my body had adjusted so I started doing No More Trouble Zones everyday instead. No major pain with that dvd...I'm assuming because I'm working the same…

Well....I can kind of relate. I'm a stay at home mom and I think about exercising all the time....even after I've put in my daily exercise time. I'm constantly thinking that what I've done is not enough. I am considered overweight, as well. I'm 5 ft 6 in and I weigh 167.5 as of today. I started at 172 or 173 ish. I think…

Hi....My name is Janice & I would love to join your challenge. This sounds like the support I need. I would like to "lose 6-8 lbs". I've established a workout routine and changed my eating habits as well. Let's see if I can do it. Janice
