Im doing insanity every other day and wondering if I should do that on fast days too as ive got 4 stone to lose. I feel fine on fast days so just wondering if anyone else is doing this too.??

im doing every other day fasting and trying insanity dont know if I can do it I have been doing the fasting ok but have not done insanity on a fast day yet. just on feed days any advice I have 40lbs to lose.??
