  • Thank you! Keep pushing, you're doing great!! Xxx
  • Just finished level 2!! I did levels 1 & 2 for 9 days, then a rest before I moved on, as I am with level 3 so by March 3rd I shall be finished with the 30 day shred and hopefully seeing results! Feeling much stronger now though! Xxx
  • Not done day 9 lvl 3 yet but oh my God I did yoga this morning, it woke me up so quickly and my whole body just feels less achy, my knees still hurt but no where near as much as they did! Xxx
  • If you cut out the foods you love your lifestyle will he harder and more unrealistic to maintain. Keep within your calorie goal and make you diet 80% clean 20% whatever you want. You are not on a diet, what you eat is your diet but is not a "diet" aka fad diet you will give up and get bored of. Don't restrict but don't…
  • Also, I did a joint warm up, similar to the one Jillian does in lvl 1 and focused on my knees, lunges were much easier after I did this, my knees were so much less painful !!
  • Finished day 8 lvl 2 so day 18/30. So excited to be moving onto level 3 soon! Like I said, due to knee problems, I think I will just do tomorrow and then take a break on Thursday and then start level 3 Friday. Anyone else feeling stronger in some moves but not in others?? I feel as though planks are still really hard for…
  • Medium heat whilst pan is heating up, then medium - low heat whilst they cook. **
  • 2 eggs, 1 banana. Take ingredients and blend in a food processor/blender/smoothie maker or mix together until the mixture is fully binded, if not mixed properly they come out like banana omelette basically. Add to a frying pan on medium heat, spray with low cal oil or whatever oil you prefer, sometimes I use butter…
  • I'm on day 17 of 30dS so just under 2 weeks left, there's a group of us who have been doing it since Feb 1st on here and it's really motivating :) I love the 30DS, have tried it numerous times before but never got this far so I'm proud of myself! Xxx
  • 21 and aiming to lose 35 lbs, I'm 5ft 2 and weigh 155lbs at the mo. Feel free to add me anyone! Xxx
  • Hey all :) I've been here for 3-4 years on and off. Tried this about 2 times before but gave up. Now been here since Jan 14th 2015. I've lost 7lbs but I think some of it was water weight. Stats: Height: 5ft 2" Age: 21 SW: 162lbs Current weight: 155lbs GW: 120 ish Feel free to add me!! I need all the support I can get,…
  • That's life! But I'm definitely sure if you put in the hard work which I'm sure you have been, there's not way your weight will stay the same :) xxx
  • Brand new issue, since level 2, I have never had pain in the knees, ever. My entire life, my joints and muscles have been fine and healthy, started doing 30DS level two, they were fine, up to day 4 when I noticed them being a little sore during the lungesbut not during day to day, just during the workout. Now it's gotten…
  • Day 7, level 2 done! Feeling a lot better about it, can do the plank moves now (still very tiring and hard but I can actually do them all the way through!) My knees are REALLY playing up now though, I'm feeling them even when I just bend them so may stop level 2 after day 9 and then on day 10 take a rest day and just do…
  • Well the shred is a program designed to shed fat and build lean muscle, so you will get that. Honestly though I wouldn't get too hung up on it, you're doing great and that's all the matters, weight loss isn't a linear journey, and you won't keep losing all the time, sometimes you'll go up, skmetkmes you'll go down. Your…
  • Update: day 6 done, some parts easier, some still just as hard (planks) my knees can't do the pendulum lunges now, its so painful!!! I've never had bad knees and am only 21, so may have gotten my form wrong...unsure, overall went well!
  • Did day 5 yesterday (lvl 2) I did it in the morning before work and even tho I did it, I don't feel like I gave it everything I had...I didn't put much effort it but I suppose it was better than skipping it! Onto day 6 today, will post again when I'm done to let you know how it went! (Yes I am going to post after every…
  • Have you been taking measurments? I've gained 2lbs but lost 3 inches from my waist and 4.5 from my stomach so I'm guessing the 2lb is either water or muscle! Xxx
  • Done day 4, woo! It's getting easier by the day (still v.hard tho compared to lvl 1 and I thought that was hard!!!) Managed to do a push up today!! And I was doing well with the plank moves, up till the last one, had to drop to my knees because my arms were just giving up but I managed to do most of the workout! Woo goo!
  • Are youbdrinking enough water?? water can de-bloat you :) And make sure you don't eat loads of salt, many foods have added salt in them so be sure to check, salt causes water retention which bloats you out also. I hope this helped! Xxx
  • Maybe subsitute them for another move?
  • I can just feel my abs cramping up its like a form of torture!! Haha
  • Haha the struggle is real!!! Every time she's done with on move I'm like "oh God not this one again!!" I know your pain!! Xxx
  • I didn't notice my knees hurting until level 2 day 2! They only hurt when I'm doing the workout though, not the rest of the day, just make sure you're warming up and cooling down/stretching the knee joints as best you can even if it means finding longer warm ups/cool downs that jillians! There's loads on YouTube, fitness…
  • Just done day three, level 2. Is getting a little easier and by easier I mean I'm managing to do the circuits near enough all the way through, I'm mixing modified and advanced moves, mainly doing advanced on high knees and lunges, really struggling with the planks though!!! Planks are my ultimate weakness so by day 10 I…
  • Started level 2 yesterday after 8 days on level 1, level 1 was getting a little easy and I wasn't sweating really so wanted to up the workout, doing day 2 today. Man was it hard tho! I had to keep rewinding because I was just looking at them doing the exercises and dreading starting them!! Haha
  • 1. On holiday in July, want to look and feel confident in a bikini 2. To feel healthy 3. To be stronger and see what my body is capable of 4. Knowing that doing it the healthy way, will be easier to maintain 5. I known it sounds weird but to go to the gym, I love working out but I'm not confident enough to do it in front…
  • I'm doing fitness blender workouts on YouTube every day, but Tuesday and Saturday are rest/low impact cardio (fitness blender vids), so basically a little harder than a warm up or stretch just to keep my muscles and joints flexible and to keep them from being inactive. I jog 3 days a week also xxx
  • Day 4 done :) I think I know jillians "script" off by heart now, definitely was easier today didn't have to break at all. I'm doing 9 days each level in 1 day rest so I'll be doing a total of 27 days just so I can fit it into Feb. Not sure if I'll get the same results so am doing non modified moves where I can hack them!…
