I was really hungry for the like the first month but I am into my second month and I dont really feel as hungry this time. I am hoping that my body is kinda getting adjusted to the calorie change.

I was told one time you should take your weight, divide it by half, and that is how many ounces of water you should be drinking. Although that seems like a whole lot to me. That means I should be having 131 oz a day...AHH!

It definitely does help. I pretty much didnt want to touch my husband but I have lost only 17lbs so far and boy has that made a difference.

I try to never eat my exercise calories. I think that I only did that once and it was because we went to my in-laws to eat.

Welcome back! I have only been doing this site for a month and it is so great. It has been the best tool that I have been able to find to lose weight.

I was there yesterday and after eating my sub, I was looking at calories of the subs. You can get the subs made as a salad and it is much better than the regular subs.

Like mentioned before, thrift stores and Goodwill are great to get you by. We have a thrift store here and on Wednesdays and Saturdays, adults clothes are $1!

I've been using Dance Central on the Xbox with the Kinect. It has a workout mode so it keeps track of your time and how many calories you have burned.
