Thanks guys! I was so pleased to find that you really can't taste the cottage cheese in it. I used 4% large curd cottage cheese. (I bought a huge container to make cauliflower pizza bites (also REALLY good) and I was googling good ways to use up the rest!)

Out of curiosity, how do you guys GET that much protein in your diet? Also, is it safe to use 2-3 servings of protein powder per day?

You really do need to follow the diet plan with Insanity. I've had friends go through the whole 60 days with minimum results because they just ate what they wanted.
