  • I do weigh most of my food, not all though. I've been following this for about 5 weeks, so I'm still getting used to it. I'm losing about 1lb a week, so I guess that's on the right track.

  • I am wondering the same thing. For now, I was using Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort bc it has 580 or so calories burned. and then just Yoga for the Yoga X. Not sure if that's right, but that's what I've been doing.
