Love my fitbit and welcome back to MYP. I use my fitbit everyday and I have a hard time getting 10,000 steps every day. Right now I have it set for 7500 steps. You all who can get 15000 and 20000 are amazing. I'm impressed and envious. Now that warmer weather is here and I can get out I'll be working harder at getting my…

filled water bottles can make light weights, bag of flour or sugar can be used, put in a plastic bag with handle and use like a kettle ball, but using your own body weight is great to start with. Like the other post said, push ups, squats, planks are a great start. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Love my fitbit zip. It counts steps, distance which is all I want. It also counts calories burned which I don't use because of using My Fitness Pal instead.

You should be feeling fantastic. Look at what YOU did. Way to go.

I log in everyday. What's the point of showing up if you don't want to play? Stand on the sidelines and watch everyone else? Nah, I want to be in the game. I want to win, I want to be healthier and stronger.

I prefer the zip because the led screen lets me see the numbers, sync's with computer great. I don't have a lot of stairs and I know I don't sleep well do I don't need those functions. I looked at the up, but at…

How do I join this group? I"m soon to be 55 and would love the support of others of my age who deal with some of the same issues I do. Friend me and help me lose these last 10 pounds. I would love to get off some of my meds.

You should log your food even if it puts you over your limit. It's for learning not for guilt. You can lose weight. YOU can do this. Write down your reasons for losing weight and put them where you can see them everyday. I try and give myself a manicure at night when an unplanned snack urge hits, hard to eat with wet…

Why do you want to lose weight? Is it just to be thin? Thin is not always healthy. Your health is the most important thing, not just being a certain size or weight. Now after saying that, what you do to make your body the healthiest it can be is up to you and don't pay any attention to the ones who need to look at…

I love my fitbit zip. It is a great tool to help me get my steps in, it integrates with mfp as well as endomondo. I log my food and exercise with MFP and use the fitbit for my daily steps.

I have a fitbit zip, it is a step counter that syncs to your computer. Check out the fitbit website. I love mine, now my husband and a coworker has one. Its a great tool to use along with mfp.

I log everything and know I'm not perfect and will go over on some days. It is a helpful reminder of when and how often I do go over. This week I didn't lose any weight (but I didn't gain weight either) and I know it was those delicious homemade yeast rolls. Log it and move on.

I'm 5'3" and 1500 is my goal. I have it set to lose 1/2 pound a week. I can't do 1200 or I get to hungry and have no energy to do my everyday activities much less exercise.

Don't give up. I know it's so disappointing to gain weight, but doesn't muscle weigh more then fat and take up less room so look for other sign like does your clothes feel better (or tighter), do you have more or less energy? There are other ways to measure success without the scale. The scale isn't all there is. BTW I…
