Tonight's Unexpected NSV!!

WHOOO! I just finished achieving I guess somewhat of an NSV!
I got home some hours ago and, unlike usual, had a lot of time on my hands for the next few hours, so I caught up on some TV and ended up eating a little more than initially planned. Following dinner (a Lean Cuisine spaghetti dinner and a light salad), I wanted this granola bar (well, actually two bars come in the package), and knowing I had around 50cals. left for the day, I ate it (even though I knew it was close to 200cals. :-/). Then it was so good, I wanted another one (two), and so I ate that.
I knew following the first one, I would be over my daily calorie allotment by at least 100, but I figured I could just take care of that with a final up-paced walk with my dog before the end of the night. But after that second serving, I was in the negative by 333!! So...instead of the walk, I ended up mostly jogging with her -- in fact, I'm pretty positive that's the most I've jogged in one session since I began this new journey a month ago! Once we got back, I'd burned around 249cals., according to my HRM, so then I continued the quest at home. I started with some strength training -- which I'd been meaning to test with my HRM to see which strength exercises, if any, it picks up for the HR and calorie count -- then moved to more cardio (jogging, jumping and dancing to music around my apartment, lol), and THEN did a combination of both (jogging and jumping around with the lighter weights and occasionally doing different arm exercises throughout). And sure enough, I soon got to that 333, but I was so pumped that I continued on to 400 and didn't let up 'til 450.
WHOOOO!
I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have had the motivation, energy or endurance to do all that a month ago.
Shoutout to the NSVs!!
