A woman I know has lost tons of weight on them. She looks amazing. But yes, she says she spends her day on the toilet. I must admit, I would far rather just lose the weight naturally in a slightly longer timeframe than be on the toilet for months!

Asics and Mizuno are great.

I know, I went running last week (1st sesh of c25k) and I could FEEL the difference in my lungs! It was a great motivator! Just to now ease off the chocolate habit and get back into it......! lol

I havent been sick since I've done it, and my moods have improved massively (i'm a lot happier) I am not lethargic anymore, and I look forward to exercise now. My breathing is much better, I am getting used to coping with being out of breath, but controlling it and carrying on. I do have a problem off the back of it though…

I have used MFP and the gym. Thats it.

Where abouts in the UK do you live? If there is a Wing Yip near you or a chinese supermarket, they do frozen chicken really cheap, as well as other meats, and you can just take 1 per day out of the freezer the night before and boil or grill

I have been recommended calcium with vitamin d. Also omega fish oils. Havent been trying it long enough for it to make a difference yet tho. I have to moisturise 3-4 times a day to try to keep it at bay. As a kid, I had it around my lips, so I sympathise greatly :( At the time I put on E45 cream as often as I could, and…

Yep, but I'm still 62lbs away! Well done for making it so close. You are doing fantastically well :)
-
Yes it does - they have a place over here in the UK called the Harvester which does, and my usual is 400 calories more (970) than my 2nd favorite meal, and I know I can make my favorite meal at home for less calories, so it makes a huge difference to me

I do it every other week. I weigh myself on a Saturday, and then measure on a Weds to keep the motivation going during that week!
-
Thats amazing, well done! You should be so proud of yourself!

Tell your trainer to p*ss off! All he wants is your money, and he is trying to guilt you into staying. You CAN do this on your own. Scrap that, you're not on your own anyways, as everyone here on MFP is here to help you. I say add as many friends as you can on here, vent when you need to, and look to the MFPers for…

Thats fantastic, well done

I didnt lose weight at all for the first 2 weeks, but I dropped inches as I replaced fat with muscle. After that it becomes much easier, and the weight comes off

My sodium RARELY goes over 1500. I dont do any strength training, just cardio (although I have just started 30DS) When I go to the gym, I do 30-40 mins of elliptical, and when I dont, I generally walk instead. Need to sort out my food really, I think and do some strength training also. Thanks peeps

Where do you live? I am in the UK, and I have Belvita breakfast biscuits, and then a fruit or piece of yoghurt. They are fab, yummy, filling, and not too high on calories!

Get a non slip mat for the shower, and do your workout in there with the water running? Haha!

I have been told no TV for an hour before bed. If you need something to do, read a book. Obviously, the more exercise you do during the day, the more tired you will be too
