Had a break ......
Dreading my next weigh in, as i took a couple of weeks off to quit smoking, and I have eaten like an absolute pig. I can feel I have put on weight. i reckon about 10lbs. But....I have quit smoking! yay! Back on it on thurs!

......can you give some motivating comments to those who are just starting out? For me personally, although I have only achieved about 25% of my goal, I am astounded by the extra energy I have (even though I'm eating 800 or so less calories than I used to!)

How do you keep yourself going when you can't get to the gym

I usually have a desk job, and put my status as sedentary when opening my account. I have an extra job that I might do once every 3 weeks or something (cover for a shop) It includes me standing and running a small shop for atleast 6 hours. Do I log this, and if so, how?!

Should you eat breakfast if you're not hungry?
For example, today, its 11:39am, and I havent eaten a single thing. I have had a cup of tea, and one glass of squash. I'm not at all hungry (been sat at my desk at work since 8:30) Should I eat breakfast anyway?

Sweat - required?!
Ok, answer a question for me. If you sweat a lot whilst working out, does it mean you're working harder? If you do the same exercise in normal heat, and then in air conditioned room, will there be any difference, and if so, why?
