I have a desk job, and I have just realised, that if I job up the stairs (3 flights) at work 4 times a day, then I will burn off 104 calories. Anyone else got other things they do like this?

About to lose my gym buddy
.....................she is upset coz all her lovely clothes dont fit her anymore!!!!!!!!! Anyone else think this is crazy?! Feel like I should be doing more
My goal per day is 1290 calories, and then on days where I exercise, I tend to do about 350 to 450 calories of exercise to add on top. Today for example, I can have 1640 calories. I have already done this. Its 9:45pm and I feel like I should jump on the cross trainer here at home, but obviously I'm not going to eat…

Can't be bothered
I really cant be bothered at the moment to try and push harder to reach my goals. Will carry on going to the gym and eating healthier, but I KNOW I could work out harder at the gym, and hit my 2.5lbs per week goal for the next 4 weeks. Losing inches
I have lost 5 inches round my waist, and only 0.5 from my hips - is this normal?! My waist is always the last place I put on weight, but it seems odd that I would lose it there, when my top half is about 2 sizes smaller than my lower half anyways!

Does anyone else........
Have really bad days where you go like, 2/300 calories over, and then correct it by eating less calories the next day? I want to have days where I go out with my friends. I make good choices in a restaurant when I do, and only eat less calories the next day if I can and it means I'm not starving hungry all day!
