I am sooooooooooooooo tired today

Anyone have any pick me ups? I have eaten 1000 cals, and burned off 200. I have 400 left to eat, but am also planning a walk/jog later.

In about an hour and a half, I will have dinner, then go an hour later.

I have been exhausted all day, but had breakfast and lunch before my walk, and have been snacking throughout the day also.

I got 8 hours sleep!

    I've been really tired these past few days so I've upped by B vitamins and added in extra protein. I've noticed if I don't drink more than 8 or 9 glasses of water I feel a little sluggish too.

    I need some pick me up ideas too. I am so exhausted. I am trying not to fall asleep at my desk. I know its because I was up at 3am to feed my daughter, but I just feel like I havent slept in months,

    I know without my water and my vitamin pack I can get a little sluggish in the afternoon, however; if I ensure that I have a protein rich lunch (low on carbs and fat) I don't struggle near as much.

    Also - I do a protein shake (when I can) about 45 minutes before my workout - I get quite a burst of energy from that as well!

    I know someone's going to give me crap over this, but have some coffee in the afternoon.
  • Try some coffee with skim milk dark of course with a splenda if your trying to keep cals down the coffee is very low cal just noe too much coffee. A nap always helps too . If your not a coffee drinker than Tea is a great alt to having something that is loaded with salt and sugar .
