  • I use videos from Yoga Journal online. They often offer additional programs you can do, like the Yoga Rocks! one I'm doing now. Definately kicking my yoga up a notch. I still prefer classes when I can get to them though.

  • I'm stuck too. It's very frustrating to be working this hard and eating well and see no progress. My plan is to add to my workouts when school lets out for the summer, but I'd love to see other suggestions.
