Hello everyone! I'm looking for opinions on the best at home yoga DVD's&Workout's. Let me know all your favorites and why! Thanks. :)

    I use videos from Yoga Journal online. They often offer additional programs you can do, like the Yoga Rocks! one I'm doing now. Definately kicking my yoga up a notch. I still prefer classes when I can get to them though.
