yeah I really am liking the idea of avocado! I had it on a burger yeasterday insead mayo. Didn't miss the mayo at all! I mixed in some of Tastefully Simple garlic garlic to it also, so good!

that's not necessarily true. I find that when I am always counting calories I get no where. I know what things I shouldn't eat and what I should. I haven't read the book but one of my friends have. she didn't mention about the diet but did say that the book was good and gave differences to how skinny people eat vs not so skinny people. Made a lot of sense, Good luck on the program though.

I like this recipe. you can really use any vinegar and oil in it AND how much you put in. my fav is when I make it with balsamic and olive oil. yum! the best part about this recipe is that you make enough dry mix to make a few batches. I was wondering the same thing! I know it says we "earned " them but isn't the point of exercise to burn off calories that we take in? I don't know. usually I don't eat those calories but it depends on the time of the month. lol really.

are you tired because of it? Some people just don't sleep that much. maybe you are worrying to much about sleeping? I mean obviously this has been going on for some time, but maybe you just don't need a lot of sleep?

I've heard that too and it was going to be my suggestion. I DO NOT however recommend using alcohol to fall asleep. Just not a good idea. Reading is a good options that always makes me tired. and I agree with switching your work out to earlier in the day, exercise always gives me energy. Good luck!
