  • That sounds like water weight. No way you put on 10lbs of fat or muscle in 2 days. Drink plenty of water to help flush your system and watch out for too much sodium!
  • MyFitnessPal already sets you up with a safe calorie deficit. You need to eat the exercise calories so that you don't risk eating too few calories. Also, as previous poster said, your body will need the food to re-fuel your body.

  • Never! Just start slow and very short distances. If you haven't been on a bike in a long time, you will probably struggle some with balance. That will come with practice and weight loss. Great job getting active!!
  • Yep. Today is the first day in a WHILE that I'm under my calories...and I'm under by *1* calorie. UGH. I just want to eat. Though... I feel like doing it today is going to help me do it tomorrow, and maybe the next day too.... Keep at it!!
