How is everyone doing? I am not very fit....so here is my progress.... Day one and two great! Day 3 I skipped. Day 4....I made myself make up day 3 and I did day 4.....and I am almost done with Day 5....70 squats. You may laugh, but I figure, it is hard to do it at night, with kids/husband around....so now, when I go to…

I love breakfast, I am a cereal girl....but I guess that could be one reason why I am overweight. When I eat healthly, my go to breakfast has always been oatmeal and fruit.....right now, I am trying to load on protein so it is eggs. Here is my problem, I feel like once I start eating....I can't stop. So, I try to hold off…

To me BMI is a quide and maybe is unrealistic because it doesn't take into consideration muscle, sex, etc. However, for me, I am obese and to hear I have a BMI of 36% is daunting. So, for now, I look at trying to be "overweight". That is the goal for now. Taking it in small steps. According to the doctors I can weigh…

for me ...I noticed after the first 25 because my tight clothes start to fit. Then other people that "are willing to say something" mention they can tell around 35.....but most people won't say anything until 50. But, obviously that depends on how much you have to lose and where you lose it. I am at 6 lbs lost so another…

I agree with the posters. I think you have to do what is best for you and what works best for you. For me, I am still hungry when I eat carbs. I could eat a bowl of oatmeal and a scone and looking for my midday snack. But, if I eat 2 hard boiled eggs I am satisified. If you are eating healthy carbs like fruits and veggies,…

I am 5'4" and 212....wearing a size US 16-18. I hold all my weight in the middle....think apple! I know getting down to even 180 would make a huge difference for me. I would love to be a size 10-12. But that might take time. So for now, my goal is a size 14. good luck everyone
-
I would love to be a UK size 16 ;) good luck.

Every % down until you are in the normal range is a good goal. My BMI is 36% :( so my goal for now is 30%. People can lose weight fast if they work really hard (eating good food, exersize, building muscle), but it is something most people can't do....work, kids, life. If my job was only me and working out and eating right…

Hello. I am doing the april squat challenged, 30 yesterday and 40 today.....so far so good.....did some exercizes at night too. I am pretty sedentary, but I am trying. Good luck everyone.
-
can you tell me how to do a squat properly? I just lean back sticking my butt out. but my knees are a little unstable and I feel lilke maybe I am not doing it right....or I am super out of shape, (uhg)
-
Day 1 - 30 squats (completed) Day 2 - 40 squats (completed) --I still need to make sure I am doing this right. I am way out of shape....
-
tell me how to do a proper squat. This seems like it would kill me...but maybe I can try...
-
I will join the challenge too. I am 40 yr old 5'4" female and weigh 214 and would love, love, love to be 200 by end of April. Who knows! Today is day one, so I am doing good so far, I went for a short walk with a co-worker, but it was something. And I am finishing up a protein shake, which helps me to curb my bad…

I agree with the other posters it is impossible to lose weight in one spot. I too hold my weight in my belly and I have noticed my thighs are awful. I am just over 200lbs and I think one key to belly weight is water....so reduce salty foods, drink more water (sounds contradictory) but it helps. Also, processed…
