I weighed in Monday and Lost a pound...finally...after two weeks I was stuck at 150...now i am 149...and have lost probably about 3 inches...so excited!!! GOOD FOR YOU!

So...I m almost there!!! I am still 150...but I have definently lost the inches!! My goal weight is 140...and I am definently on track to see tht by the end of March!I just can't seem to lose the pounds...what is goin on??? YA!! I lvoe ARIZONA!! I don't think people realize how awesome it is here!!! You can tan and white water raft in the summer and hit the ski slopes in the winter!!! LOVE IT!

Whatever works best for you...for me...I find it easier just to by the 100 calorie packs just becuase I don't have time measuring!!! But that is a great idea!!!:wink:

My motivation is myself...I want to be healthier!! AND also my husband...he loves me for me...but I would just like to be toner...so he is really awesome about encouraging me...PLUS...I want to look dang good for the summer time!!!:smile:

I think that if you had NOOOO fat...well...that is IMPOSSIBLE!!! But...I think that as long as it makes you feel good...then count those calories...if your family is annoyed with it...just don't talk about it as much with them...maybe they are jelous that YOU make an effort!!!??? EVERYBIDY Deserves a cheat day!!!! yesterday I went out with my husband and his grandparents and ate TONS od Mexican food...Then I went to the gym and burned about 500 off...but...I needed the break...it had been TWO WEEKS!!!!:glasses:

I AM DEFINENTLY...I have started at 157...and now am 150...I hope to be 140 by may...and if I keep eating right...then I should be good...I think calorie couting doesn't do it's justice if you are eating lots of junk food as the calories...i try to eat as healthy as possible now...especially becuase I want my BIKKINI BODY…
