Hell to the yes! I'm all about this. Sometimes you need to take a little time to understand who you are and feel comfy in your own skin with or without a guy. Meh. If I wake up feeling particularly skinny, I'll weigh myself. I only log new lows in MFP. Weighing myself everyday was super super super discouraging to me because I fluctuated so much. Plus I store my scale under my bed so it has to be a really special day to pull it out! lol.

I once did a three day juice fast. It was great! Not something that can be maintained long term at all, but it helped my body learn what actual hunger was and not the "i'm bored" hunger I think is real hunger. I was mega exhausted at times, but I slept super great and after I did have some calories I would feel AMAZING.

The best bit of advice I have is add in as much healthy veggies (low corn and white potato) as you possibly can. All the fiber keeps you full for a longer time. Animal protein is delicious but super calorie dense. Good luck!

This is a great trick! I honestly, drink a ton of water to make myself really full. That way the thought of eating something seems kind of painful or I'll just tell myself over and over again -"This is not the last brownie in the world."

The kale broccoli slaw salad is SO good! Oh and the fondu but they only have it around the holidays. Its such a sad day when that goes away! The taziki sauce is good. And the butter chicken frozen meal - its only like 270 for the whole package. YUM.

I have a really cute bathing suit I picked up at TJ Maxx its about a size too small for me AUS size 16. I have it up on my wall in my room and I look at it a lot. I want to be able to throw it on and not feel like its too small! Plus I have a bunch of weddings coming up!

I've been having the same problem. I normally do pure barre every other day. I lose about a half a pound a week but on weeks I stop, I drop 2 pounds in a blink. When I start up again, I pop up two pounds. Thanks for posting this.... it all makes sense now!
