I just weigh out or count my serving size in chips or fruit etc. Also I try and bust my *kitten* and burn 800 calories a day, along with my 1400 calorie a day allowance, so if I do snack a little extra it wont hurt. Road Biking Hag! In for March! Been picking up my miles again and doing hills. 50 - 70 Miles a week is my goal. I ride outside when its nice and do sufferfest indoors when its not (which might as well be the same allweather torture) Im on strava if you wanna be follow friends.
