  • I used to drink 1%. Still buy that for the kids, but recently switched to unsweetened almond milk, LOVE IT. I rarely drink it straight- usually in my cereal, or in a smoothie. 30 calories, more calcium than regular milk and less fat.

  • Just saw something on the news about these that they do not do a thing for you. Eating better, portion control and exercise is the way to go.

  • If you shop the outside of the store you will hit all the REAL food. Meat, Produce, Dairy. Avoid the center rows as this contains all your chemicals-cleverly-disguised-as-food products.
