If you shop the outside of the store you will hit all the REAL food. Meat, Produce, Dairy. Avoid the center rows as this contains all your chemicals-cleverly-disguised-as-food products. If I want bread, I make it myself. I am much less likely to eat pizza when I have to go through the hassle of making the dough myself-…
