I try to stay under 1200 every day. But go at least 1100 or less for a couple of days a week. Seems to be the only way I can lose any weight. But I am really short too.

I know it is great. Just make sure you measure your stuff (refried beans). Oh and I buy the lower cal beans too. But the originals are only 20 more cals if that is what you have in the cupboard. =)

I know that I have an insane sweet tooth and because of that I can't have any sugar. If I have one bite I crave more and more. So I had to give up my sweets. It is hard but it does get easier and I don't have so many cravings now. Best of luck to you. :) I hope it gets easier.

Yummy....vodka I am glad to see this posting. I am very curious to find a lower calorie vodka. I prefer Smirnoff but haven't tried the sorbet lites yet. Are they good?

I have one of those but I don't have the space in the neighborhood to really work up a sweat. :frown: Time is also an issue in my house. I can get more time to exercise in the house than I can outside the house. :frown:

I have found the healthy choice frozen greek yogurt is really good. The whole container is 100 calories. But I trick my brain and only eat half a day so I still feel like I got a treat. Just an idea from a serious sweet tooth dieter. I hope things get easier for you on the junk food front. :) keep smiling

First let me say... congrats on meeting (or close to your goal). As for suits.... something I have learned over the years, try, try, try them on. All suits look different on every body type. Maybe make a fun day of it with a friend and enjoy. Cause we all know, shopping is fun when you are at a happy weight. :)
