I could easily take in less than 1200 calories per day but the site keeps telling me that if I go under 1200 per day that my body will store fat?? Is that true? Has anyone tested the theory? Okay so let me give some background info. I have tarsal tunnel (badly) in both my feet. I want to exercise but I have to find non-weight bearing things to do.
