How bad is it if I have less than 1200 cals per day??
I could easily take in less than 1200 calories per day but the site keeps telling me that if I go under 1200 per day that my body will store fat?? Is that true? Has anyone tested the theory? I only ask because if less cals per day can help me lose weight faster than I would like to do it, but if it will make it worse then…

Exercise bike questions for a person with tarsal tunnel.
Okay so let me give some background info. I have tarsal tunnel (badly) in both my feet. I want to exercise but I have to find non-weight bearing things to do. I have a treadmill but I am in a lot of pain after using it. I am considering getting an exercise bike that has the arm moving parts too. Any thoughts? Do they work…
