Exercise bike questions for a person with tarsal tunnel.

Okay so let me give some background info. I have tarsal tunnel (badly) in both my feet. I want to exercise but I have to find non-weight bearing things to do. I have a treadmill but I am in a lot of pain after using it. I am considering getting an exercise bike that has the arm moving parts too. Any thoughts? Do they work without foot pain? And if I do buy one does anyone know of a good one that doesn't cost a small fortune (on a tight budget right now)??
Thank you to everyone for taking the time to help me today.

I have one of those but I don't have the space in the neighborhood to really work up a sweat. :frown: Time is also an issue in my house. I can get more time to exercise in the house than I can outside the house. :frown:0 -
I only know a bit about tarsal tunnel.
One of the bloggers I follow has it so you should check out her blog.
She's got multiple posts about it, hers isn't as bad as yours it seems but she might be able to help.
