Wow I noticed a lot of people would like to be between 120-140 for a goal weight. I think for 5'6 that this would be too small, especially for me. SW 299, CW 220, GW 165. I was wondering about this myself.....I wasn't sure if I should be eating my "exercise" calories as well as my targer calories? It seemed like an awful lot of calories as i've been burning between 350-650 extra when I work out.
