Daily Goal

So am I supposed to be shooting to meet exactly my daily goal of calories or try my best to stay under it?

    Come close to hitting it. Don't worry if you are a bit over or a bit under. Be sure to also track any exercise as this will change the amount of calories you are given for the day.

    Diddo to what she said. Make sure you are eating your exercise calories as well because your body needs these cals to keep the metabolism going at a strong pace. Some people say don't eat them but honestly when I didn't I gained.....or didn't lose! Good luck!

    I was wondering about this myself.....I wasn't sure if I should be eating my "exercise" calories as well as my targer calories? It seemed like an awful lot of calories as i've been burning between 350-650 extra when I work out.
