  • Triciab79 don't take this in a creepy way but...you look absolutely stunning! All the ladies posting photos in this thread are just gorgeous. You should be so proud of what you've accomplished! Hoping to get down there myself some day so next time there's a post about front butts I can post my before and after hahaha :D
  • No before/after pictures yet as I've just started recently, but I'm also curious to see some. I have quite a large 'PCOS' belly that hangs down a bit, and I've always been worried about how it will look in terms of loose skin/stretch marks when I am finally down to my ideal weight. Though I'll take that loose skin over…
  • Well first of all, congrats on your original weight loss from 320 down to 165 (even gaining 35 lbs of it back, that's still a great loss!) Second, 6.6 lbs a week is not healthy or realistic. Unfortunately, most of what you lost is probably water or glycogen (that's not to say none of it was fat!), which will likely come…
  • To flexiblebullet: Wow! Amazing transformation! You should be very proud of what you've accomplished :) So inspirational! Everyone looks great! I've just started my weight loss journey, but hopefully down the road I'll have my own success story to contribute :) It's so motivational to see how everyone has changed - most of…
  • You look great; keep it up! It's amazing the differences you can see with even the smallest changes :) And I have to agree with the other posts...I love that bathing suit!
  • Way to go! Sounds like your daughter is a great motivator - and she doesn't even know it ;) Your time and dedication has not only made you healthier, but it's given you healthy eating and exercise habits to pass on to your daughter. Be proud of what you've accomplished! :)
  • I think I got kind of lucky with the hair loss. I've always had a lot of hair, so while I can definitely tell it's thinning down just by the thickness of my ponytail, most people don't really notice. I started Spironolactone about a month ago and my endo said that it should help stop hair loss and encourage new growth.…

  • I'm 27  I'd love some new friends that I can help motivate and that can help motivate me! Anyone feel free to add! :flowerforyou:
  • ^^ This :) Ontario as well and always looking for new friends!
  • I just finished reading Ready Player One by Ernest Cline and it quickly became my new favourite book. I've never read anything quite like it before. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes geeky things and/or 80's pop culture. Aldous Huxley's Brave New World is next!
  • London Ontario here  I just recently (re)started my journey to get fit and healthy and I'd love some fellow Canadians for motivation and support so feel free to add me! :flowerforyou:
  • Hey there! I was diagnosed with PCOS several years ago. I have acne, skin tags, hirsutism, insulin resistance, non-existent periods and am overweight by a good 50 lbs or so. It's been an up and down road for me, but I've just recently started taking things more seriously and trying to get in better shape. I've…
