continuing with week 1. finished my work out for the day Turbo Jam - 20 Minute Workout Turbo Jam - Turbo Sculpt So far I have not missed a workout. that is absolutely unheard of!

day 4 of 1st week - finished my workout Turbo Jam - Cardio Party. I noticed this morning walking from the train that my butt and thigh muscles are noticeable tender. ouch.

I'm following the Turbo Jam program. I plan (vow) on keeping to the schedule. This morning was Cardio Party a 45 minute workout. Call me Sweaty Betty.

woke up and did Turbo Jam's 20 min workout and AB Jam. Now to get the feeding under control I had a gain over the weekend. So I'm starting behind the gate. Looking forward to the challenge and getting to know folks.
