Hey!! Feel for you as I went through that in my first week of this change it does get better!! I'm now around 4weeks and no issues, however I do snack as get very fatigued if I only stick to meals so try increasing the amount your taking in while still sticking to the lifestyle Hope your well soon

Can I ask another daft question??? What is the ideal macro rate then ? As I noted that MFP has put my carbs at like 178g or something a day...

Hey, I use the Fitbit HR however I don't find the diary any good in that app you will probably see a difference in calorie allowance aswell between MFP and Fitbit. So I use in conjunction so I can track more accurately .... Also none of my friends have the Fitbit so it's only way we can challenge etc is through MFP Hope…
