I have a large chest - i was a 34FF and when i lost weight was 32G so i lost weight around my rib cage n back but not from my bust. if your bust is made of tissue and not fat, you wont lose from there i am afraid.

i am 5' 3" and my goal is 119. i am 130 at moment! these last few pounds are hard x:smile:

i have been doing zumba classes 2 / 3 times a week since nov 2010 and have seen a massive difference in my body shape. i am much more toned now and my waist is so tiny compared to before.add me as a friend if you want and i will saort some pics out. xx good luck xx

thanks thats very helpful and encouraging. i am on holiday from work this week so prob have been eating more junk although still within cal range. i do usually eat lots and fruit and veg per day and do allow myself one treat per day too within my cal allowance. i think i am gonna try and eat more cals on the days i…

i have logged in now for 40 days (just over 5 weeks) and i have lost 6lbs and then put 2 back on. i do 1/ 2 zumba classes a week and i tone class. current weight is 144lbs xx

i go to zumba twice a week and its great fun!! doesnt feel like exercise, just a good time with friends!! it really does change your body shape as it is a whole body work out. give it a try and let me know nikki xx
