  • I love Fresh 20. I subscribe to the meals for one plan and adapt for the family as needed. If I'm not sure the family will like it, I use it for a lunch that week. You are correct, a lot of the Fresh 20 recipes are alread in MFP.
  • I've returned to WW. I like the smart points better as well. having trouble getting motiviated but super happy to see ths group going.
  • I joined WW and today decided I would track in both MPF and WW. Glad to see others see value in doing both as well.
  • Although this thread is months old. so helpful. I too am preparing to turn 40 and thought it might just be too hard at my age. So wonderful to read the success stories! Really is inspiring.
  • Amazing results. Great job. 11 days already. Wow time flies.
  • WOW, Awesome results! We went out of town for a long weekend and my "containers" and "good intentions" didn't go with me. Starting it back up today and did fantastic. thanks so much for sharing your results, hopefully my week one results are as good.
  • Adding in fruits and veggies to the smoothie is a good way to get in those purple and greens. Although I fnid the smoothies very filling. I'll be watching to see how it goes for you, good luck!.
  • That's so funny, I was peeling a kiwi yesterday and thinking, 'I bet there are people out there that eat the peeol'
  • Not a recipe but has anyone tried Kiwi lately? Never really ate kiwi until the 21 ay fix. So yummy, perfect mid-morning snack.
  • I've been doing GNC 25, super high in sodium but I'm not willing to pay for the Shakeology. My fave is chocolate blended with almond milk and ice.
  • Soda Free!!! I was wondering. Diet coke is still my crutch. this forum is really helpful. I did terrible yesterday but I love hearing about your positive experiences, did well today and looking forward to tomorrow..
  • 2 eggs = 1 Purple Jalapeno, tomato, bell pepper, onion = 1 green yummy and easy.
  • Took this morning to plan out a week's worth of dinners. Not the usual 5 days but 7 days. May not have been ready for this weekend but i am ready for next. It was fun going ot the store and filling up the cart with red and blue berries, cantaloupe, watermelon, tomatoes and greens. Here soon I'll be washing and cutting up…
  • Weekends are the worst. Planning meals out during the week, easy. By the time the weekend gets around, I've got nothing. Loving the 21 day portion plan but I'm up for new breakfast ideas. My go to is 2 eggs, sauteed veggies and splashes of hot sauce. Really yummy and filling but I'm getting bored with it. What do you do…
  • I'm doing the 21 day fix and am really really enjoying it.. I haven't done it long enough or consistently enough to show results but I'm glad I got it. You can find all the details online but I'm seriously considering buying the over-priced containers for my sisters. I think its just easier to say, I'm going to eat 4 reds…
  • 1800 calories does seem counter-intuitive but when you look at the foods on the list. It really is nutrient packed calories. I've been playing with the 21 day fix and really like it. Now, I haven't completed a 21 day cycle but I didn't count calories for 21 days in a row either. this is day 3 of my commitment to the plan.…
  • I bought it a few weeks ago and am enjoying it. For $60 you get one set of containers or Tupperware or portion cups, whatever you want to call it. You also get the video set and the meal plan booklet. It's really about portion, healthy eating and keeping it simple. I've counted calories for years and have a food scale and…
  • Count me in. I am totally enjoying the 21 day fix plan. It just makes things easier and I eat more fruits because of it. Although, I have yet to stick with it for the full 21 days. Hoping this challenge will help keep me focused.
  • I need in. I'm 5'0" and weigh 180 pounds. My goal is 125 pounds, I've been "trying" for decads. It's enough. Stop trying and start doing. I need help!
  • I'm with you. new to My Fitnes pal but not new to calorie counting. I've been struggling with consistency. then when I am consistent it still doesn't seem to come off. Open to any challenges or ideas or suggested solutions. I need to lose this weight for both self-esteem and to improve quality of lie. Paula
