Youve left me confused as well @L_Master :tongue: I guess i am wrong. What i mean to say is you should give yourself at least 4-6 weeks before you think its a plateau.

i usually get my portions of chicken breast and fish marinated and frozen in ziplocks. I also get my veggie servings cut and portioned for 5 workdays and freeze them. So daily i pick a pack of protein and a pack of veggie and prepare lunch and dinner for me :)

maximum time to know that youve actually hit the plateau and that its time to change things a little, if 4-6 weeks. I hope you're taking your multivitamins and focusing on protein. @beeruin you need to have a macro that you're focusing on, like i focus on protein, so my target daily is to have atleast 70 grams of protein, if i hit that thats a 100% success for me on that day

nice, i love fruits too, but i have to limit them because of lots of carbs... if i eat lets say 5 servings of fruits instead of veggies, i usually go way overboard with my carbs. We dont have any other fresh berries here except strawberries. We get canned berries here too.
