Thank you everyone for your help. I think I will just continue to strength train and not worry about it. The most important part is to focus on getting stronger and preserve the muscle mass that I do have.

I just started strength training about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I love it! It feels good when you can move up in weights. Some exercises I haven't moved past where I started just yet, but others I've increased weight week over week. Thanks for the encouragement! I do use a food scale/measuring cups for most items, but I should probably use it as much as I possibly can. I've heard about the book about lifting for women, maybe I will pick that up! I'm new to all of this, so I should learn as much as I can :)

Pros: 24/7 access Never very busy - I think the most I've seen is 5 people at one time Very close to home Cons: Next to a Dialysis Center and you just see people wheeled in and out on stretchers all day long...so sad :( Hardly ever staffed No classes offered There's a creepy lady that always stares at me lol

Thanks for posting this! You look great! I am on Day 15 of the 30DS (L2D5) and it's one tough workout! In the first 10 days, I lost 4.8 lbs and 7.25 inches! It really does work! I'm always scouring the message boards to keep me encouraged...and you did just that! Way to go!
