My soul mate exercise is road biking. This weekend I'll have 1,006.5 miles in for the year ... halfway to 2013 miles in 2013. Great cardio workout burning 400 calories / hour plus I get to enjoy Northern Michigan at 17 mph.

My 5 meals are all pretty average in calories. Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner. But my Breakfast and First Snack are closer together. So definitely my morning is higher calories.
