Awesome! And I'm jealous because I won't be able to make it this year (next year for me).

calories burn is very personal, based on too many facts. Don't be fooled by looking at other people's burn on the same workout. If you are light weight, low VO2max, older, etc, most likely you'll burn less. Bigger people can easily burn 4 digits calories, mine is pathetic :-)

Don't be fool by the number. * HIIT cardio workout burns a lot, because it will keep burning way after your workout is over * Strength training may appear to have low calories burn, the it continuously burn as your muscles are being repaired. "fat zone" burn only burn while you are working, not the greatest. So don't…

All agree. Since you are on your feet all day long, you 1280 most likely is too low for you. Try to use the tool to set your goal, and pick the active setting, and go with that calorie in number. Slow down your alcohol, which are empty calories (I hope you count those in your diary). When you drink and eat, your body will…

In general, diet or not diet pop, it stripped calcium out of your bone. When you drink too much, in addition to no good for your bone, all those excessive calcium cannot be processed by your body, and it end up in your kidneys. That's could be one big reason for people have kidney stones. So, quit, or if you cannot, drink…

I made a banana strawberries smoothies with greek yogurt this morning. Sometimes I add extra wheat protein powders to add more protein to the drink (not this morning because I had toast on the side). It's tasty and filling.

Milk is good, but you still need to drink a lot of water. Also, log all your milk, they have calories.

THANKS ladyhawk!!! I'm just about flipped out with one of the most bad advices someone can give in this subject, again... (nothing personal...)

Soda, not a huge drinker before but now just lost any interest/taste to it. Any food has too much fat, it make me feel sick if had some. Hamburger, unless homemade which I know what are the healthy stuffs I am using (organic ground beef, etc)
-
Just an observation (not necessary the reason): I see lots of process food, too much protein shake (ouch), high sodium. Skipping meals quite often (unless you are not logging them all).

For Tony, you can turn off the chatter, I think. Or turn it down. But his exercises are really good and affective. JM might be repetitive, but you don't have to do it everyday. You can mix them all together and targeted at different area every time.

Holy cow, they are big. I'm so glad I never need to deal with (knocking on wood) these on my runs. Hope NEVER.
