In the meantime, have you checked out ExerciseTV.TV? They have free streaming videos ranging in length from 10 minutes to 40 minutes.0 -

I use this OFTEN...I have comcast and the have the Exercised on Demand and I love it...any and every kind of workout one would need to lose weight...they even have Jillian Michaels for those that love her.0 -
