do you guys run everyday? or just a few times a week? i figure im going to try to get out there everyday if i feel like i can and worse case scenario i end up walking if im not up for running

i do low carb no sugar and have been doing p90x i find that if i have a few teaspoons of peanut butter about 20 minutes before my workout it gives me the energy i need to get through the workout

my starting weight is 168 i hope to be into the 150's with in the next few weeks! i am eating low carb no sugar and doing p90x

i make smoothies for breakfast sometime and i call it my kitchen sink smoothie i put oatmeal, yougurt, bananas and whatever other kind of fruit i have around and i add a little ice. sometimes i will add some almond milk or some honey or coconut flakes. you can pretty much add anything you want!!

keep it up! if it wasnt hard it wouldnt work. you will get results if you keep out at! i just started level 2 yesterday and was so sore i couldnt do it today but i will be back at it tomorrrow!

once a week. every sunday morning i weigh in. once in a while i will weigh myself other times during the week

i will go with flavored coffee creamer usually the baileys brand-gotta have it!

i will encounter this same situation tomorrow at my work. we are having a luncheon type thing and the things they are offering are things that dont fit into my eating plan so i will bring my oatmeal and yogurt and tell people that it doesnt fit into my 'lifestyle'. i could care less what they have to say about it

i put 1/4 cup egg beaters a little cheese and some veggies in a muffin pan cook at 350 for 30 minutes i usually make a bunch at once and freeze them and then in the morning i zap them for about a minute they really come in handy if you are running low on time in the morning

i can only hope that i will lose some boob! i am a DD right now i would like to be a D or C. when i lose weight i tend to lose a lot of inches around my hips and thighs and my boobs start to look ridiculous when i get smaller. i start to look like a cartoon with the smaller waist and giant boobs!

i tried chobani peach yogurt and thought it tasted like sour cream with fruit in it! not a big fan! too much sugar in it for me anyways

keep at it! it will sink in eventually. its not easy to make a lifestyle change such as this-he will learn. good luck and keep us posted on your progress and his ;)
