am i the only crazy one that sees what other people are eating and adds up the calories of their food? i do this all the time and in a weird way it gives me a bit of motivation and reassurance that i am making great food choices when i see them eating a giant container of pasta and eating cookies and i have a salad
have i turned into weird calorie counting chick??

I do that too! When I'm out with friends I ALWAYS add up what they're eating & I even tell them how many calories they're eating sometimes! I agree, it is pretty motivating to see that you're making good choices!0

LOL I always tell my work friend how many calories she is eating... usually a honey bun, or something else not healthy! She just rolls her eyes!!! LOL! And then I tell her whats healthier and more filling that she could have for the same or less calories... I've become addicted!0

i don't ever say anything unless they comment first but i do try to educate people a little if they are interested in why i eat what i eat0
