If you wear it during an exercise class will it also tell you how many calories you've burned? Even though you're not technically "going" anywhere? Does it measure your heart rate also?

I read somewhere once that on average you can count on 100 lbs for your first 5 feet and then 5lbs for every inch after that. So being 5'8" I should be around 140lbs. I am 145 right now and look good but I LOVE how I look at 140. So that is my goal :) Also I have inches goals as I think they are more important than weight.…

For breakfast I have 2 boiled eggs on 2 or 3 Ryvita crackers and a mug of peppermint tea. This totals 2 grams of sugar.

I track my sugar. I find that if I stay at the recommended amount or maybe 10g above it then I will drop weight. If I don't track it, my loss grinds to a stand still. Rice with Yellow pepper, red onion, green onion, lime juice, cayenne pepper, paprika and cumin with tuna on the side that has green onion in it as well. Probably later I'll have some porridge with almond milk as a snack :)

I am 5'7" and weigh 147 right now. My highest was about 170 and that was big for me. My measurements are 34-28-39. My goal weight is anywhere between 135 and 140 but I do think that measurements are more important than weight. I am doing a lot of toning through weights, squats, etc and have a goal of 34-26-37. We'll see…

Yep! That's what I was going to say. Sometimes my thing says I've burned 450 calories including yoga...well if I only did 30 minutes of yoga I didn't burn 450. I did OTHER stuff in the day too. The homepage makes it sounds like I did only one type of exercise to burn the listed amount.

YES VEGA is delicious! I'm not a big fan of the Vanilla Chai complete whole food powder but the chocolate is wonderful. I use GOOD Hemp Protein powder and also chuck in some Greens Plus and Maca powder from Naturya. Good luck!

Very good point! Your boobs should actually look bigger if you keep your cup size but go down in "aroundness"! it might even move you up a cup if the difference becomes greater! That would be a bonus :)

Push ups. Do as many as you can in one set (til your arms give out) then wait 2 minutes and do 3-5 less than your first round and so on for 4 rounds. Then on the 5th round do them til your arms give out. It takes not a lot of time and if you do it every day your whole core strength will improve AND your reps will increase…

Juices and fruits would be good choices and not too hard on the tummy either. They could also help cleanse you which might help you get better faster and will also give your body something to work with. Hope you get better soon!

and Maca powder is amaaazing to put in a smoothie. Get a blender. Put your protein powder in it but then add other fun stuff and make it a meal. It's great! oh AND Nakd is a great brand for whole food bars. Just so ya know :)

You can find protein from other sources besides meat. Hemp would be great to put into a smoothie, legumes, quinoa (so fast and easy to make)...you can google non meat sources and see what comes up. There are lots! Oh also Chlorella (a powder form of seaweed) - apparently Chloressence is a great brand. Good luck!

Yep! That's what I've heard too. I try to stick with that but sometimes a bit of protein before bed is good if you're a bit hypoglycemic. It helps you from having a really low blood sugar in the morning.
