I am so there, have lost 12 pounds, but have had no motivation to work out for the last week, this is my second week. I guess We can always start mid week, doesn't need to be on a monday. GO THURSDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I completey agree at Cheat Meal... Not a whole day. You dont want to deprieve your body of everything you enjoy. So bring on that special meal just dont overdo it until you can not move. I know if me and my husband are going on a date. I will cut back on my snacks earlier in the day then order what I would like. It works.…

I tried the Asiago Peppercorn Steak, It was very good, had great flavor. I added this to the database, I just put the name and wrote the dinner was 550 calories. I do not know the fat/protein content

I am having the same problem. When I do the receipe calc. do I add each ingredient???
