I took sugar off lol. Because I was always going over and I hate seeing anything in the 'red' so I took it off. I added fiber instead. I make sure I have fiber-fats-proteins-carbs up their, oh and sodium. Things I need. But as long as you're not going over your calorie goal then I think you should be fine.

For the little goals I do little things, like; Make-up Getting my eyebrows done A new shirt Earrings For the bigger goals (which I haven't met yet) Shoes Tattoo (this is like my ultimate, and I really want a new tattoo I can show off with pride, like on my side or something)

To be honest, my first day is the worst, so I take it easy. Low impact stuff that doesn't require jumping or hopping down or whatever. And if I crave sweets, which I normally do, I keep it to the serving size and still try to stay within my calorie limit. The rest of the time I'm good and can continue normally, sometimes…

I'm just starting again. I'm about two weeks in, and down four pounds. . .Four pounds that found their way back into my life lol. But I hope to have lost them for good! I'm 5'7 and currently trying to lose 30-50lbs. I started in late March, lost a few pounds, then strayed around May. Did very little in June, and July. But I'm back at it now in August.
