Get a trainer! They can be awesome! Also, measure yourself. I've lost about 10 pounds since January when I started... but I'm down 14 inches! Don't give up!

Yes, fill your house up with healthy foods. From what I've been told, if you are hungry all of the time it's because your metabolism is speeding up which is good! Since I cut out wheat from my diet, I don't get as hungry as I used to.

Do you know how to add sugar to the column for your food diary? You might be suprised. Also, you gotta eat dinner! :) Healthy choices.. natural foods. :)

Also, don't only eat one meal a day. Try to eat 3 healthy meals (watch your portion size) and 3 healthy snacks, like an apple, or a peice of cheese. Let your body know it's not starving. I can't see your diary... How is your sugar intake?

My weight hasn't changed much myself but I do feel stronger. How are your clothes fitting? Rings? Perhaps you need to change your workout routine. Have you thought of getting a personal trainer. DON'T GIVE UP!!! :)

thanks everyone. Right now I'm on day 12... I gotta say I have a lot of upset stomach.... diarrhea......... issues. Has anyone explain why this might be happening? lack of fibre? it's horrible... :(

Why not just eat healther foods, large salads, lots of water, nuts, try to cut out some wheat products and you might see a difference there? That's what I've been doing. Also, I drink a lot of herbal teas.

My arms are 13" in diameter. I can feel all the muscle, I suppose I just have to keep at it and burn away the fat.

This is what I've been reading and learning as well. Muscle continues to burn fat longer than cardio. I like cardio, I do, but I love the way I feel after weghts. Stronger and taller!
